Does your mind have a replay button that won’t turn off? Mine did.
The last conversation. The signs I missed. The things I said, the things I didn’t say. Over and over, like a movie I never bought a ticket for but can’t walk out of. And every replay brings the same uninvited guest: guilt.
Here’s what I’ve learned about those replays: not every voice in your head is telling you the truth. Some of them are the accuser, doing what he does — “You should have known. You should have done more. This is your fault.”
But Scripture says something different: “There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus” (Romans 8:1, ESV). No condemnation. Not “less condemnation once you figure out what you did wrong.” None.
In this episode, I talk about how to tell the difference between healthy reflection and the enemy’s highlight reel of your worst moments — and how to shut the replay off with truth.

Mom, you are not condemned. Share this with a mom whose mind won’t give her rest. And if guilt ever turns into something darker, please tell someone — in the U.S. or Canada, call or text 988 any time.
