You scanned the code.
Now give us a few minutes.
Maybe you are here because you are hurting.
Maybe you’re tired.
Maybe you can’t imagine things getting better.
Or maybe you simply saw the shirt and wondered what this was about.
Whatever brought you here, we’re glad you’re still here.
Hear Our Stories
We are moms whose children died by suicide.
Our children had names.
They had personalities, inside jokes, favorite foods, dreams, bad days, people who loved them, and stories that should have continued.
We can’t go back and tell them what we wish they had known.
But maybe we can tell you.
Before you make an irreversible decision, please stay here for a little while.
Listen to our stories.
Hear about our children.
Hear what happened after they left.
And most importantly, hear what we wish we could tell them today.
IF I COULD TELL MY CHILD ONE MORE THING....
I would tell them to stay.
I would tell them that this moment wasn’t their whole story.
I would tell them how deeply they were loved.
I would tell them that we could have faced whatever came next together.
And if our children were standing here today, there are so many things we would say.
But they aren’t.
You are.
So we’re saying them to you.
PLEASE STAY.
Not because everything is suddenly going to be easy.
Not because we know exactly what you’re going through.
But because your story is still being written.
Give tomorrow a chance to be different from today.
Tell somebody you’re hurting.
Let someone sit beside you in this.
Take the next step.
And then the next one.
You do not have to figure out the rest of your life right now.
Just stay.

[CALL 988] [TEXT 988]
If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
You can also do something very simple right now:
Tell one person: “I don’t feel safe being alone right now.”
You don’t need to explain everything.
Just let somebody know you need them.
One More Thing Before You Go;
If you’ve made it this far, thank you for staying with us.
We are mothers who would give anything for one more conversation with our children.
We cannot have that conversation with them.
But we can have it with you.
Your life has value beyond what you can see in this moment.
There are still pages of your story that haven’t been written.
Please stay long enough to see them.
BEFORE YOU GO;
Pause. Stay. Keep writing your story.
